Combat sport

Thai boxing, also called Muay Thai, is one of the 4 foot-fist disciplines of boxing.

It is the most complete, the most physical and the most spectacular of kick-and-fist boxes because it allows two opponents of the same category to compete in a ring with kicks, fists, elbows and knees.
Thai boxing also allows seizures and projections of the opponent on the ground. Once the opponent has fallen, the fight is interrupted until he gets up.

Here are testimonials from our students.

I attended my daughter's course which I found excellent. I see that she is blossoming and that she is really learning movements, guarding, etc. The course is very well given, I find that his teacher keeps an eye on each child to guide them as well as possible during the session, which is very important for them to progress. In a word, I'm thrilled.

More than a year ago, I enrolled in the Thai boxing course taught at the Phoenix Ada club. I did not have too much confidence in myself because I weighed 115 kg. The teachers accompanied me in my approach, they knew how to put me at ease and I was able to evolve at my own pace in a family and respectful atmosphere. The courses are given in a serious way and above all, by professionals. I find myself today 30 kg lighter and have discovered a new passion.

Play sports ? Because they are very motivated and I think it's for my mental health, too, that I did sports. First of all, because my son often asked me to do boxing and I thought that to introduce them to a combat sport, maybe they could do boxing at home. Well, I think they looked good and the fact that we were learning the rules, because when you do a combat sport, it's not a battle. And I think the fact that they understand that, that they can train, race, I think that was really good. The results are positive.

It's great, it's too good. We can really exert ourselves well and we feel progress at the technical level. So there is everything you need. I started a long time ago, but took a long break due to the pandemic. But there, seriously, since September. Because there is really a very nice atmosphere. It's very benevolent. The coaches push us, but always in a benevolent way. There is no ego, there is no competition. We help each other and the exercises are really very effective. I have already proposed to lots of friends to come and all those who came, who tried, they all loved it, they stayed. They thanked me for bringing them to this room. So really, I highly recommend. Everyone is satisfied, everyone is happy. For personal lessons I might be interested, but from next year, because I'm in the last year of my master's degree and I have a lot of work. I already do four training sessions a week when I can, minimum two or three. So at the moment I don't have time, but I would like in the future. It's really more to let off steam, to see me progress. It's not that anymore. It's more like learning an art.
